Easy and Hassle-Free

At Doglyness, we want you to love our products as much as we do. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and hassle-free return process. You can return your Doglyness product(s) free of charge within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To ensure a smooth return experience, please note the following guidelines:

  1. Unused and Undamaged: Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original cardboard outer packaging. The packaging must remain sealed and unopened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and refunds will not be issued.

  2. Suitable Packaging: Please select an appropriate cardboard shipping box to protect the item(s) during transit. Ensuring proper packaging will help prevent any damage in transit.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. After processing, we will refund the amount to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on items that are on sale or gift cards. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. This includes items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.


Doglyness International GmbH provides a one-year warranty for material faults of our products resulting from production issues. Each product undergoes an individual inspection to determine the origin of any damages. Products damaged due to inappropriate usage are not covered under the warranty.
