ISO 22716:2008 is an international standard that provides guidelines for the production, control, storage, and shipment of cosmetic products. The guidelines apply to the different areas of the manufacturing enterprise that influence product quality.

At Doglyness, we've chosen ECOGEA for the certification of our products. ECOGEA is the institute for the quality and innovation of natural and organic products and sets a high standard when it comes to defining what natural and organic means. To pass the ECOGEA STANDARD, the product must go through a complete collection of strict rules for the certification of natural and organic cosmetics, cleansing products, and fragrances. The product must comply with all criteria of the standard. The verification of whether the products comply with the ECOGEA criteria or not is made in at two-phase certification process, which includes a detailed check of ingredients and a production audit. Each certificate has to be renewed every two years with possible un-announced inspections during this time. Consumers can be assured that products with the ECOGEA logo are worthy of that name.
